Australian Youth Community Centre, Hoppers Crossing - Commonly known as AYCC, is a non-profit organization that has been established since 2014. This religious center focuses on providing a “Place of Knowledge” for all communities in the western suburbs, and many more communities in the future, Insha’Allah. With the ongoing expansion of a more diverse and multicultural society, AYCC aims to educate - not only the future generations but also the older generations - through principles of Fiqh, Aqeedah, and Akhlaq, basing the knowledge on the Qur’an, Hadith, and Sunnah in order to construct aspiring future role models, with the permission of Allah SWT. This opportunity will bring us a more open-minded community as we endeavor to meet their religious, educational, and social needs and services.
At AYCC, our main purpose is to provide a “Place Of Knowledge” which will serve a diverse society where we learn to integrate and develop a unified community for the cause of Allah SWT through encouraging Islamic kinship, educating both young and old in the Islamic faith and knowledge development, and overall, create an inclusive environment that fosters cultural, linguistic and religious understanding through human relationships. This will be done in a way that adheres to human needs through providing support religiously, socially, and educationally which includes programs, classes, lectures, events, and even workshops to build up the Muslim community to strive virtuously.
